Exchanges and Returns

At Natural Blue we want you to be completely satisfied and confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we would be happy to exchange or return your item for you. 

Please note that any Natural BLUE products purchased outside of our website must be returned or exchanged at the retailer you purchased them from. We only process exchanged or returns for items purchased directly from our website and with an accompanying order number.

If you purchased and item and want to return or exchange it for a different color, size, or style, you can do so by emailing philp@visitor.net and submitting a request. Please include your order number, reason for exchange/return, and what item you'd like to exchange for (if applicable), for faster processing.

Once received, we will review the claim and respond within 24-48 hours. 

Exchanges

Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. In order to exchange an item, exchange package must be sent within 15 days of receiving original shipment from our website. 

All exchanges are dependent on current stock. If we cannot fulfill the exchange, your money will be returned to you. If exchanging for an item that is higher in price, you will be charged a difference. If exchanging for an item that is lower in price, you will be refunded the difference.

Returns

Item(s) purchased from our website must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. In order to receive a refund, return package must be sent within 15 days of receiving original shipment.

Please note that we cannot refund the return shipping charges for the order.
